I loved that movie so many years ago, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, but today instead of watching a movie, I’m showing you how to make an Epic Greek Charcuterie Board.

Epic Greek Charcuterie Board

We are big hummus lovers in our household, so just in time for the weekend, dig into this Epic Greek Charcuterie Board, made with several flavors of hummus, a lot of vegetables, pita bread, and of course cured meats and cheeses.

You can view all my charcuterie ideas here:The Big Board. :) In fact, in case you missed my last board, a Kid-Friendly Grilled Cheese Charcuterie Board (great for a kid party), or Salami Caprese Charcuterie Board — check them out!

We love different varieties of hummus, but the standard original flavor is always my favorite.

But did you know that you can also enjoy a chocolate hummus? We bought this at Costco and it’s almost too good to be true. It’s really tasty!

Dinner invites

Do you ever think ahead to who you should invite over?

Dinner or party invites go like this. You invite people into your home to grow friendships. Sometimes we need a goal, and hosting is well worth the time and effort.

You can’t build friendships without following through on your desires. In other words, many times my husband and I talk after meeting people, about how we’d really like to get to know them more.

But if you don’t make an effort to actually pursue friendship, it won’t happen.

Make a wish list in your notebook

So I have a notebook where I keep a hospitality list going. More than just keeping this “wish list” in my head, it’s good to have on paper. It reminds me when I’m thumbing through my notebook, that yes! We need to have so-and-so over for dinner!

Write down who you want to invite over

1. Make a list of people that you want to get to know better.

2. Think of who might benefit from coming, who might benefit from meeting other people.

It used to be that we hosted more of our kid’s friends’ parents, but now our invite list has changed.

As seasons of life change, so will our dinner invite lists!
